What is the fastest way to grow hair?

I know about vitamins and reducing the use of heat on hair, but are there special shampoos, etc. that actually do work? I've seen ads for some, but I would rather hear some opinions of people who actually used some of these things.What is the fastest way to grow hair?
I'm trying to grow my hair too, i don't think any of these growth promoting shampoos and products work. However i've been using a Henna treatment by Schwarzkopf, it's called Henara or something, and it's basically a really good deep conditioner that you leave on for about half an hour. It doesn't colour your hair or anything. I've noticed a difference already, my hair looks healthier and i have noticed it's growing quicker than usual. The key to long hair is to just look after it, and condition it. Normal Henna really makes a difference too. It makes hair thicker, stronger, and it actually does help it to grow. :)What is the fastest way to grow hair?

one oil I bought for my hairloss, grew my hair much faster than before





however it is $40 and i only took it because my african-american girlfriend gave it very good feedback.


but they also have a small size and its enough to see result i believe





I think its worth the money though, because it stopped the hairloss in about 1 week, there was hardly any hair fall, and 2 hair became thicker and really longer and healthy.


and most importantly, it didnt start to have hairloss when i stopped using it. however i do use it like 4-5 times a months, or anytime i see little more hairfall.


disadvantage is that i need to go to the hairsalon more! i cant manage long hair
I have very long straight hair. I use biotin 5000 mg, coconut oil %26amp; Aveeno's new shampoo %26amp; conditioner. I leave the coconut oil in overnight then wash out in the morning. If that does not work for then leave in for ONE hour then wash it out. Do this at least once a week. I do it twice sometimes if I have a time three times. I have been using Aveen for the last month %26amp; a half %26amp; just love it. If you use the conditioner do not use the oil the same night or that morning for it will weigh your hair down. my friend told me she puts her hair in braids at night and doesn't use any heat product on it and that makes it grow faster but i myself im not sure. but you could try it
