Well if you go to a health food shop they sell tablets called skin, hair and nails formula which grow hair and nails faster and makes your skin healthier also try silica which can also be found in health food shops or hydrolysed collagen this is very expensive but it works very well as this is the main building block in the body and helps repair skin, promotes faster hair growth and repair of ligaments, muscles and just about anything else basically, or you could also try sea kelp tablets these contain high amounts of iodine and folic acid used to make hair grow!


All of these products can be found in any health food shop.

This is directed at the girl below called gorgeous well the vitamins and everything are natural as they are all the NATURAL things the body needs to grow so this isn't playing with your body, and I have never heard of something so stupid like a shampoo which helps hair grow, If you think that it is true you must be an idiot, dont you think everyone will be out there buying it and there would be no market for any other shampoo! There is no proof that tresemme makes your hair grow if there was we would all be using it! And did you ever think that all your friends with long hair which use tresemme actually have let their hair grow and they happen to actually use the tresemme shampoo which doesnt help it grow and the length of their hair has absolutely nothing to do with using the tresemme shampoo!What is the best product to help grow hair?
u can use a shampoo prouduct called mane and tale it is a great i had short hair now my hair is growing like crazy it is very good
my daughter has really thin hair and i was told to give her vitamins with zinc in them, and it seemed to help her

Boots have their own range of skin, hair and nail tablets. I dont think they're too expensive and they really worked for one of our clients. Although it does take upto 6 months to get into your system x
well loads of ppl that i know with long lovely hair use tresemme...give it a go and after a few months your hair just grows because its a good pro shampoo. oh so immense x





forget all that hair and nail vitamin stuff, because at the end of the day, you shudnt play with your body to have long hair etc. so just use decent shampoos and be patient. it pays off xox ml
