I know that fish oil pills and prenatal pills make both your hair and your nails grow faster. Also, I know there are shampoos you can buy from beauty stores that will help thicken, strengthen, and make your hair grow longer.
maybe if you push really hard it might grow faster, but be-careful you may poop your self : ). or try thinking hard? or you can just let it grow not much you can do.
i don't think that will be possible if you have short hair right now. you could make it look fuller by using horse hair shampoo see if that makes a difference.
Trimming your hair slightly will cause it to grow faster. But I don't know if you have enough time or not.
