i just bought Biotin for my hair. but it says 50mgr... how many tablets do i need?

It should say it on the bottle. Prenatal vitamins make your hair grow really fast. I take it regularly even when I wasn't trying to get pregnant. My hair grew ridiculously fast.
I'm pretty sure its 2 =]
