I don't think so. I think where baldness has occurred, there is no longer a functional hair follicle.
I had some hairless areas on my leg (some mild nerve damage caused it) before chemo. After chemo, when my hair came back, there was still no hair there.If someone has been bald 20 years, can they grow hair after chemo?
