fine this prob is with many of them, u shud try oil daily and wash ur hair with an soap do not worry at all? i am nt fooling u..........thr has been soap called as (SHIKAKAI) this is perfect for hairs u shud use this thrice in a week. sunday, wednesday, friday etc. but, read carefully b4 applying this soap u shud put oil in ur hair at night and wash it on next day morning perfectly, and wash out near special area of ur hairs, mean: near ears side, and back side hairs nicely i hope it will surely workpls reply me soon:::
I know fish oil and flax seed oil promote healthier hair, I don't know about faster growing. I would say don't wear a hat as much as you can and if you wan to do the 1st thing, omega fish oil is best and you can take it in capsules.
Consume a lot of proteins %26amp; take very good care of UR hair.
Also brush UR hair firmly yet gently this increases the blood flow %26amp; promotes strong %26amp; fast hair growth.
Try rubbing monkfish or cod onto your scalp. It worked for me.
