How can I grow hair like Guardado?

I'm a guy with short hair, but I wanna grow it out like him. How can I get chino hair like him?How can I grow hair like Guardado?
Grow your hair out, do not cut it (you could just get a small trim once in a while in order for it to take nice shape).....then after it's long, i suppose shoulder length or a bit longer you can get a perm and it'll be curly....or like you say ';chino';.How can I grow hair like Guardado?

dont cut it , just trim it so it wont loose its shape...then get a perm
First do you have curly hair? If yeah then just let your hair grow trim it every once in awhile but if you don't have curly hair your gonna need to get a perm once your hair is long enough cuz they cant do it on short hair.
