I think it takes a week or so.
a couple of weeks
my rat had babies a year ago and if its anything like that, the babies started growing hair noticably at 10 days and ate on their own at about 3 weeks. but my babies were very mature and big for their age. they were born about twice the size of normal rat babies. i think its because there were only 6.
I used to breed Russian Dwarf hamsters when I was a kid. I don't remember how long but it takes a while. I think around 2 weeks. I know when they are born they don't even have their eyes on the outside of the skin yet so be patient. Don't touch them and don't let any adult males near them, they will kill them.
about 1 week and you will see some fuzz
