I think it is safe since the only warnings that rogaine give is to don't use any other medicines on the scalp when you are using their cream. Remember that Biotin is a vitamin like any other and it would be the same as taking multivitamins an using the cream. If you are taking OTC medications wait more than 3 hours to take the Biotin since it could not be absorved well.





I take Biotin tablets that carry 5000ug (5mg) from Nature's Bounty. They even sell them in capsules that are easier to swallow. Getting 5,000ug per day equals 1,667% of daily value so that's a LOT. I've been taking biotin for a couple of months and my hair grows pretty fast BUT not strong as I wanted so keep in mind that you will have two cut one inch of hair every two months if you want to keep the hair strong.
