massage your hair everyday for 10 minutes
take multi vitamin everyday
once a week mix yolk egg and mixed it with olive oil and leave it for 2 hours on your scalp and then wash it.
deep conditon once a week as well.
try to eat more lentils and tofu and soy bean.

Use horse shampoo, people can use it too, it is really strong but makes your hair grow like crazy...the conditioner works too for this...wal mart sells if over here in Hawaii...
There is a shampoo called mane n tail,try it,email me back in a month if it works,works on my wife.
Have the ends trimmed ever 10 weeks.
