What is the best way to grow hair back on a veal calf?

I am raising a veal calf for the fair and he got really dry on his face and has rubbed from his eye's down, away and now it is just skin. He has also gotten irritated on his back side and has chewed away the hair on his tail and the some of the hair on his legs. He is also eating the wood from the pen he is in and he is not eating as much as he should be. What do you think I should do about it?What is the best way to grow hair back on a veal calf?
he may be bored or lonely?is there any other calves or goats around to play with?dogs do lick/chew themselves from boredom/frustration.if he is separated from a herd, put stuff in his pen to play with:a big exercise ball?a tire?plastic bucket?some other calf to play with?dry skin can be supplemented with omega3 fats/oils(flax oil, borage oil, some fish or cod oil)What is the best way to grow hair back on a veal calf?
So your gonna kill him for veal ?
