my hair grows rlly fast and all i do is shampoo it twice in the shower and condition it rlly good. and also if u trim the ends of ur hair alot it will grow much faster this is because the ends of your hair die every once in a while so if u cut that off it is much better 4 ur hair and growth

prenatal vitamins help a little but ultimately it's how fast your hair can grow naturally...there's really no way to make it grow super fast...most of the things don't work...just get it trimmed every 6 weeks to trim off split ends and keep it healthy...that's about all you can really do!
