never heard of tablets to grow hair! maybe holland and barret (uk) . or get hair extensions if it really bovers you :)
try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair
holland and baret do skin hair and nails, but i would say plenty of proteins and maybe straighten it so it looks longer
